We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales when reasonably necessary. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that the item will remain available until your order has been successfully completed.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside PoshNosh's reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other transportation disruptions.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

8. Returns and Refunds

PoshNosh offers easy returns for eligible products.

If you experience an issue with your product or would like to request a return, please contact hello@myposhnosh.com with details and, when applicable, photos of the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in new condition.

PoshNosh will provide a return shipping label. Unless the product is determined by PoshNosh to have arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, which may be deducted from the refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

9. Children's Products and Adult Supervision

Certain PoshNosh products are designed for use by children. Products intended for children should be used only as directed and with appropriate adult supervision.

Parents and caregivers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their child based on the child's age, abilities, and individual circumstances.

Parents and caregivers remain responsible for selecting age-appropriate foods, monitoring children while eating, and taking appropriate precautions regarding choking hazards, food allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions.

PoshNosh does not manufacture or supply the food placed inside its products and is not responsible for reactions or injuries arising from food selected or provided by a parent, caregiver, or other third party.

11. Care and Product Use

Customers are responsible for following all care, cleaning, storage, safety, and usage instructions supplied with PoshNosh products.

Improper use, unauthorized modification, failure to follow care instructions, or continued use of a damaged product may affect product performance and safety.

12. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the PoshNosh website, including the PoshNosh name, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, packaging designs, website design, and other creative materials, is owned by or licensed to PoshNosh and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
